The property also boasts convenient access to the nearby beach and harbor, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and adventure. The resort's accommodations are contemporary and thoughtfully equipped, with each guest room providing modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs and Bluetooth-compatible Tivoli radios. Select rooms offer magnificent ocean views, coffee machines, and plush robes to enhance the comfort of your stay. As part of the prestigious Marriott portfolio, Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through superior service and attention to detail.

This seasonal Pool Bartender position is an exciting opportunity to join the vibrant bar and lounge team at Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa. The role focuses on creating a welcoming and energetic environment where guests can enjoy expertly crafted beverages and memorable social experiences. As a Pool Bartender, you will be instrumental in contributing to the lively atmosphere around the resort’s pools and lounges. Your responsibilities will include mixing and serving a variety of classic and innovative drinks with flair, engaging guests by creating friendly and personalized interactions, and maintaining high standards of customer service even in high-pressure situations. Cash handling and transaction accuracy are also essential duties, ensuring smooth and secure operations behind the bar.

This seasonal role offers a wonderful platform to showcase your mixology skills and enjoyment of social environments while working in a beautiful and energetic setting. Candidates for this role should have some prior experience or training in bartending or a related field, and must possess Alcohol Awareness Certification in compliance with state regulations. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle challenging guest interactions gracefully are vital for success in this position.

Employees hired into full-time roles at Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa after an initial waiting period become eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, employee assistance programs, and a 401k retirement plan. This reflects the resort’s commitment to supporting its staff and fostering a positive working environment.

Joining Laguna Cliffs Resort & Spa as a seasonal Pool Bartender is not just about serving drinks—it’s about creating experiences that guests will remember long after they leave.
