The role of Bartender at Ascent Hospitality is ideal for someone who thrives in an exciting and guest-focused environment. This position calls for a bright and innovative mixologist who stays up to date with new beverage trends and knows how to create an engaging atmosphere behind the bar. The job involves maintaining the bar setup, managing inventory of beer, wine, spirits, and other supplies, as well as ensuring the freshness of garnishes, juices, and perishable items. Experience in working with point of sale systems to handle orders and payments accurately is essential. Beyond technical skills, the ideal candidate must excel in customer service, teamwork, and communication, and must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. This position offers a competitive salary along with comprehensive benefits, creating an environment where bartenders can thrive professionally and personally while contributing to the guest experience and the broader objectives of Ascent Hospitality.
