Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Generally 1+ years of restaurant experience
- Team supervision experience preferred
- Understanding of restaurant hospitality concepts
- General computer skills
- Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel frequently
- Ability to climb ladders occasionally
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- Willingness to travel for training and assist at other locations
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Provide management and oversight of food and beverage operations
- Lead the store team by example through motivation, support, and communication
- Assist and partner with Marlin Bar Manager in daily operations
- Recruit, hire, develop, and mentor team members
- Minimize employee turnover by providing orientation, training, coaching, and feedback
- Implement company learning and training programs and monitor performance
- Build strong sales and service relationships with guests and motivate team to provide exceptional service
- Maintain open and authentic communication channels with team and partners
- Enforce adherence to employment policies and procedures
- Assist employees with career development strategies
- Manage expenses to ensure budgetary compliance
- Ensure execution of company policies and safety programs
- Streamline processes to improve productivity
- Analyze business trends and guest feedback
- Maintain employee appearance and brand image
- Promote and uphold company core values
- Other duties as assigned to support business operations
