Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of high-volume culinary/hospitality experience
  • 1+ years of high-volume kitchen leadership experience
  • current food handler's card and other certifications as required by federal/state/local law
  • strong knowledge of food/restaurant service skills, including storage, food preparation, recipe adherence, and communication
  • proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and Point of Sale System
  • Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • willingness to perform necessary duties to support the business
