As a Marketing Specialist focused on Private Label at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, you will join a dynamic Creative team consisting of over 170 talented members. This role centers on managing private label industrial packaging projects to uphold and enhance Uline’s strong brand identity. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all packaging designs meet company standards for quality, compliance, and visual impact. You will work closely with product managers, warehouse teams, designers, and external vendors, overseeing from initial concept stages to final execution and warehouse audits.
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager with a marketing or business background, who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a passion for maintaining brand consistency. With over 3 years of relevant experience highly preferred, and product management experience considered a plus, the ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with familiarity with Access being advantageous. Travel across Uline’s North American locations or to vendor sites will be required as part of this role.

- 3+ years of relevant prior experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations or vendors as needed

Job Duties
- Serve as project manager for industrial packaging projects that uphold Uline's brand identity
- Collaborate with product managers, warehouse teams and designers to implement effective packaging designs
- Partner with vendors to ensure print quality, compliance and timely execution
- Conduct warehouse audits to report packaging updates to warehouse and management teams
- Support the proofing and artwork arrangement for private label packaging projects
- Manage and maintain private label project and quality control databases and files with digital asset manager (DAM)
