Job Requirements

  • Based in New York or New Jersey (Boston based candidates will also be considered)
  • Travel required: up to 30-40% annually

Job Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work in regional/community marketing, new restaurant openings
  • Prior experience managing others and working cross-functionally
  • Great network of connections to support in successful launches
  • Ability to prioritize and focus the team's efforts on projects and budget
  • Successful track record of driving awareness and customer acquisition
  • Creative thinker with a business-minded approach who's tuned into cultural and brand happenings plus insights
  • Self-starter who can work independently
  • Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in responding to evolving market needs

Job Duties

  • Develop go-to-market plans for new restaurant openings across new and existing markets, leveraging existing frameworks that span integrated marketing and driving sales to target in stores' opening period
  • Utilize project management tools to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines against multiple openings
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local influencers and like-minded brands, executing community engagement programs to boost brand affinity and enhance market presence
  • Work directly with store operators to execute marketing efforts and adjust strategies to meet specific business needs
  • Support operators for marketing requests as needed
  • Manage openings in accordance with assigned budgets
  • Monitor spending and adjust as necessary to stay within budgetary constraints while achieving marketing goals
  • Research and onboard on the ground agencies or contractor positions to support new store openings and regional objectives, supporting areas such as PR, Influencer, Community Marketing
