We are currently seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Anchorage, AK. This is a full-time role offering a competitive base salary ranging from $60,000 to $85,000, complemented by commission opportunities that reward high performance. The Business Development & Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the restoration, mitigation, and construction markets. The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network and strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strategic relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, and other referral sources. Frequent in-person visits, participation in networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and community engagements will be key components of the role, designed to grow brand presence and create lasting business partnerships.

This position calls for a proactive, self-driven professional with a "hunter" mentality who excels at cold calling, in-person sales visits, and business-to-business marketing. You will be responsible for heading marketing efforts to generate new leads, negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements, and developing strategies to expand our market share and revenue. Utilizing CRM tools such as Salesforce will be essential to managing your customer pipeline and tracking activity.

Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration, mitigation, and construction markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, realtors, and other referral partners
  • Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources throughout your assigned market
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, chamber meetings, and community events to grow brand presence
  • Head-hunt and run business-to-business marketing efforts to generate new leads
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth
  • Manage your pipeline and track activity using CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently with referral partners to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
