Job Description

Legends Global is a premier company dedicated to partnering with some of the world’s most iconic live events, venues, and global brands. Specializing in delivering integrated premium services that keep their partners prominently positioned, Legends Global uses a white-label strategy to provide seamless support. With a vast network of over 450 venues worldwide, Legends Global annually hosts nearly 20,000 events, entertaining approximately 165 million guests. The company’s expertise spans every facet of event and venue management including feasibility studies, consulting, owner’s representation, sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, as well as content creation and booking for world-class live experiences. Their commitment to excellence is demonstrated through a dedicated and talented team driven by respect, collaboration, ambitious thinking, and bold action. Legends Global fosters an inclusive workplace where authenticity and impactful contributions are highly valued, thereby offering employees exceptional opportunities for professional growth and success. The culture at Legends Global is one where winning is habitual, achieved through unified effort and a shared sense of purpose among all team members.

Located in Stockton, California, the Legends Global division manages several prominent venues including the Adventist Health Arena, Bob Hope Theatre, Oak Park Ice Rink, Stockton Downtown Marina, and Stockton Ballpark. Each venue offers a unique experience — from major concerts and sports events at the Adventist Health Arena to community and cultural gatherings at the historic Bob Hope Theatre. The Oak Park Ice Rink provides family-friendly ice activities year-round, while the waterfront Stockton Downtown Marina offers a vibrant lifestyle environment. The Stockton Ballpark further enriches the community by hosting baseball games and family-oriented entertainment.

The role of Marketing Manager at Legends Global’s Stockton venues involves a critical leadership position focusing on driving revenue through strategic marketing planning and execution across multiple lines of business within the arena division. This role demands both digital and traditional marketing expertise, mastery of external communications, creative oversight, partner integration, and high-level project management. The Marketing Manager functions within a collaborative dual reporting structure — reporting directly to the venue Regional General Manager and maintaining strategic alignment with the broader Legends Global Marketing Network. The position is dynamic and poised for growth with emerging technology and AI integration playing a significant role. The Marketing Manager’s responsibilities include managing ticket sales strategies for touring events, coordinating marketing efforts with promoters, leading both digital marketing campaigns and traditional media buying, and ensuring consistent alignment with Legends Global’s standards of excellence for marketing and brand representation. This role also demands active management of CRM platforms for targeted campaigns, oversight of social media strategy and digital assets, and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and community partners. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan. The position is based on-site at the Adventist Health Arena in Stockton, California, requiring an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders including C-level clients.
