Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- minimum 3 years of marketing experience preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- strong foundation in marketing fundamentals and brand management
- proficient with marketing analytics and Excel
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to work in a hybrid setup based in San Diego, CA
- willingness to travel occasionally to restaurant markets
- budget management experience
- self-directed with strong attention to detail
- ability to manage vendors and external creative partners

Job Duties
- Run day-to-day marketing operations, timelines, vendors, budgets, deliverables
- ensure every action aligns with brand, local marketing, and company priorities
- own our brand marketing calendar and product messaging
- lead system wide brand campaigns that increase awareness and guest loyalty
- design and execute Local Store Marketing (LSM) programs tailored to trade areas driving local sales and engagement
- build scalable, testable initiatives that connect with communities
- oversee content creation, photo shoots, store signage, digital content
- collaborate with internal and external creatives to ensure on-brand execution
- translate performance data and guest insights into action
- work closely with analysts and operators to refine strategy and improve outcomes
