Job Qualifications

  • Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Express
  • ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • friendly, proactive, and comfortable engaging with diverse student audiences

Job Duties

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for campus dining operations and student-centered events
  • create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • help design and distribute flyers, digital signage, and promotional materials
  • collect student feedback through surveys, tabling, and online platforms to improve services
  • coordinate and manage on-campus promotional events such as themed food days and giveaways
  • maintain and update information on dining web pages and internal communications
  • track key performance indicators such as engagement, participation, and feedback responses
  • collaborate with campus dining team, student organizations, and other departments to support cross-promotions
