Job Qualifications
- Major in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools such as Canva and Adobe Express
- ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
- friendly, proactive, and comfortable engaging with diverse student audiences
Job Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for campus dining operations and student-centered events
- create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- help design and distribute flyers, digital signage, and promotional materials
- collect student feedback through surveys, tabling, and online platforms to improve services
- coordinate and manage on-campus promotional events such as themed food days and giveaways
- maintain and update information on dining web pages and internal communications
- track key performance indicators such as engagement, participation, and feedback responses
- collaborate with campus dining team, student organizations, and other departments to support cross-promotions
