Job Description
Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) is a renowned leader in the hospitality industry, specializing in vacation ownership and resort management. As a part of the Hilton Worldwide family, HGV is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing high-quality accommodations and outstanding customer service in its resort properties across various popular destinations. Known for its dedication to both guests and employees, HGV fosters a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture, emphasizing diversity, employee growth, and work-life balance.
HGV now offers First Day Benefits to new employees, a remarkable advantage that demonstrates their commitment to supporting their team members from the outset. This includes outstanding healthcare options, paid time off, a retirement savings plan, exclusive travel benefits through the Go Hilton Team Member Travel Program, and flexible payroll access via DailyPay. These benefits contribute to an enriching and supportive work environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
The role of Marketing Greeter at HGV is designed for individuals who possess a positive demeanor and a passion for providing outstanding guest service. The position offers an hourly wage of $20, making it a competitive opportunity within the hospitality sector. Marketing Greeters play a crucial role as the first point of contact for guests arriving at HGV’s resort properties. Their primary responsibility is to engage with guests face-to-face, extend warm greetings, and actively promote visits to the concierge and marketing desks. This role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences by facilitating access to resort activities, promotions, and personalized services.
Working as a Marketing Greeter at HGV requires excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, professional etiquette, and the ability to maintain a welcoming and approachable presence. The position entails walking and standing for the duration of shifts, which may include evenings, holidays, and weekends, thus requiring flexibility and stamina. Candidates with at least six months of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred. In addition to a passion for hospitality, successful candidates must enjoy interacting with diverse guests and be proactive in recommending resort services.
This role offers significant professional growth potential within a globally recognized company in the hospitality sector. HGV fosters a collaborative and diverse workplace, encouraging employees to develop their careers and contribute meaningfully to the guest experience. As an equal opportunity employer, HGV values diversity and inclusion and provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities throughout the application process and employment. Joining HGV as a Marketing Greeter means becoming part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
