Job Requirements
- At least six months of customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person
- ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- ability to work a full shift walking and standing, with or without reasonable accommodation
- qualified candidates must enjoy approaching guests in the lobby of our resort and recommend they visit our concierge/marketing desk

Job Duties
- Engage face-to-face with guests staying at our resort properties and promote opportunities to meet with our concierge team
- serve as a point of contact for resort guests and visitors to receive information about resort activities and promotions
- distribute Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information
