Job Description

Trademark Property Company, based in Fort Worth, Texas, is a full-service real estate firm specializing in the development, investment, and management of mixed-use, retail, multifamily, and office properties. They are dedicated not just to square footage or leasing rates but to placemaking—transforming ordinary spaces into vibrant community hubs where people want to gather, connect, and engage in meaningful experiences. The company holds a strong focus on adding value to assets but is driven by an even greater passion: adding value to communities. Trademark Property Company does not merely manage properties; they curate experiences that foster connection and enrich lives. Their corporate culture reflects their purpose, which is to be extraordinary stewards, enhance communities, and improve lives by following guiding principles such as having vision, engaging people, making a difference, creating value, and building partnerships.

The role of Marketing Events Manager at Trademark Property Company is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the General Manager at the property management office. This position is hospitality-driven and involves being the lead on-site catalyst to bring the retail brand and destination vision to life. It focuses on translating high-level marketing and brand strategies into tangible, memorable on-site interactions that enhance community involvement, improve guest satisfaction, and maximize asset performance. The ideal candidate for this dynamic role is a high-energy, versatile self-starter who balances creative event curation with meticulous operational and budget management. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, campaign deployment, experiential event production, and operational logistics. Additionally, this role emphasizes strong customer, tenant, and community engagement, ensuring that every interaction supports the destination's positioning and brand standards.

You will lead and execute community events, seasonal programming, destination activations, and merchant grand openings. Managing third-party vendors, securing municipal permits, and maintaining strict compliance with brand standards fall under your purview. Also, you will collaborate with tenants and the property management team to ensure successful experiential moments that drive customer traffic and sales. Your presence will be highly visible during key traffic moments to provide exceptional hospitality and gather critical feedback for continuous improvement. You will serve as the primary partner for tenants and community organizations to foster meaningful participation in destination events. The role requires flexibility to support events during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Marketing content ideation and social media coordination are essential parts of this position. You will ensure all local content outputs align with brand integrity and place positioning while providing valuable insights back to corporate marketing teams. Fiscal responsibilities include creating and managing the asset-level budget, tracking expenses, and processing vendor invoices related to property experiences. You will also support public relations efforts by partnering with PR agencies and corporate communications teams to maintain consistent messaging and manage media interactions on-site.

This role demands a professional who thrives on collaboration, integrity, and continuous growth. The Marketing Events Manager will act as a vital communication link between on-site teams and central marketing, feeding insights and successes upward to optimize corporate strategies. The position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, paid leave, 401k with company match, and various additional perks supporting health and work-life balance. If you have a passion for community building, hospitality, and driving experiential marketing initiatives in a real estate context, this opportunity offers a dynamic platform to showcase your talents and make a significant impact.
