The Marketing Events Coordinator role offers a unique opportunity to join this well-established company and contribute directly to its continued growth and success. The position is designed for a proactive and experienced marketing professional who excels in event management and team leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to manage shows and events within a defined territory effectively, ensuring the company’s presence is prominently showcased to potential customers and partners.

This role includes researching and identifying relevant events and shows that align with the company’s marketing objectives, negotiating contracts with event vendors to secure advantageous terms, and booking a comprehensive annual calendar of events. A significant component of the position is the recruitment, hiring, and training of event demonstrators, known as Brand Ambassadors, who will represent Bath Concepts at various venues.

You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics such as booth and display set-up and tear-down, scheduling demonstrators, and managing on-site activities including setting appointments for free in-home consultations. Collecting and following up on contest entries will also fall under your purview, with the ultimate goal of converting event leads into sales consultations.

Additionally, the Marketing Events Coordinator must measure and report event outcomes to inform strategic marketing decisions and help optimize future event participation. This role demands excellent communication skills, a positive and outgoing personality, and strong organizational and planning abilities. The ability to coach and motivate others in a fast-paced environment is essential, as is physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting equipment up to 30 pounds.
