The Marketing Coordinator role at Ellore Senior Living offers an hourly pay range of $24 to $26 and requires experience in event planning. This full-time position is critical in supporting the marketing department by handling various administrative duties and playing a key role in community engagement efforts. The Marketing Coordinator will manage communications including telephone, walk-ins, and inbound mail inquiries, ensuring that all prospects receive timely and accurate information. They will also conduct tours of the community for qualifying prospects, support resident move-ins, and assist with organizing and managing marketing events while adhering to the approved budget.
The role demands a thorough knowledge of the community's products and services to effectively represent Ellore Senior Living to referral sources and potential residents. The Marketing Coordinator conducts daily community walk-throughs to ensure the environment is welcoming and ready for tours. Additionally, the position serves as a liaison for new residents and families, ensuring smooth transitions and complete adherence to move-in procedures. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work independently, prioritize tasks under pressure, and respond flexibly to changing environments.
Further responsibilities include qualifying prospects through a structured sales process, actively participating in special events to promote community engagement, and maintaining detailed records within the marketing database. The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in performing administrative and event planning duties. Compliance with health and safety standards, including passing criminal background checks and health screenings, is mandatory to protect the well-being of both team members and residents.

Job Qualifications

- comply with Oakmont Management Group’s health and safety protocols, including vaccination, screening, testing, and use of personal protective equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the property’s product and services to effectively and accurately represent the property to referral sources and prospects
- walk the community tour route at the start of each day to ensure that the community is ready for daily tours
- give community tours as a backup to the marketing department
- handle all inbound telephone, walk-in, and mail inquiries including completing the inquiry information card, maintaining the ups list, entering new inquiry information into the marketing database, and follow-up with all correspondence, as directed
- qualify prospects, convert qualified prospects to tours, and convert tours to deposits using the sales process, as needed
- organize, plan and manage all marketing events staying within the approved budget
- actively attend and participate in resident, family inquiry, and referral source special events held both inside and away from the community
- serve as a liaison for residents and family members new to the community
- ensure that all new residents have a smooth transition to their new home
- completely and accurately follow a new move-in checklist
