The Complex Marketing Communications Coordinator position is a full-time role reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing. This role is integral to the successful implementation of the hotel's integrated marketing strategies across various platforms. The coordinator will manage media opportunities, oversee print and digital advertising campaigns, support public relations activities, and maintain social media messaging. By ensuring current and accurate information is consistently presented on multiple platforms such as the hotel's website, Trumba calendar, and CVENT, the coordinator plays a vital role in communicating the hotel’s offerings and events effectively.
This position requires a hands-on approach to coordinating monthly email campaigns, managing marketing project timelines, tracking campaign ROI, and overseeing social media content to foster engagement across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. The role is also responsible for maintaining and organizing all marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy of content published across all hotel outlets, and supporting marketing efforts through vendor coordination and budget management. The coordinator will also assist in event planning, promotional opportunities, and local marketing budget strategy development.
Further, the role demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Spa and Food & Beverage Directors, and liaising with external vendors and PR firms for media relations and promotional activities. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Maintain current information on OH.com including property details, dining menus, meeting details
- Upload city and hotel events and activities to Trumba weekly
- Coordinate execution of monthly email campaigns
- Update CVENT with accurate and up-to-date information including need dates, meeting offers, photos
- Coordinate execution of marketing campaigns across all communication channels
- Track ROI and ensure marketing projects progress successfully through campaign cycle
- Maintain and update social media content calendar and implement daily content on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
- Monitor and respond to online reviews on TripAdvisor, Yelp, Expedia, Hotels.com, Google
- Manage, organize, and inventory all marketing assets including photos, videos, press packets, printed sales and marketing collateral
- Proofread and approve published content for accuracy and ensure consistency across hotel and outlet listings
- Participate in Omni brand training and development sessions
- Uphold Omni Hotels & Resorts brand image and standards at property level
- Supervise production of marketing materials and internal communications
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with monthly invoice processing
- Assist coordination with vendors including photographers, graphic designers, videographers, media partners, app and website development agencies
- Support development and management of annual local marketing budget and strategic planning
- Meet regularly with Director of Sales & Marketing to develop solutions addressing business needs and hotel revenue opportunities
- Plan and coordinate print and digital advertising placements
- Coordinate monthly hotel marketing meetings with key department stakeholders
- Liaise with Omni PR firm to maintain media relationships and update media databases
- Review and approve hotel press releases
- Evaluate social media and promotional opportunities and assist in developing promotions
- Develop, coordinate and promote special events
- Manage and assess requests for on-property filming including fee schedule
- Assist managing immediate public relations situations with corporate PR
- Perform other duties as assigned
