The role of Content Marketing Coordinator at Baudville Brands presents an exciting opportunity within the internal Marketing Communications (MarCom) agency as part of the company’s growing marketing team. This full-time position requires a highly creative and collaborative individual with strong experience in content and social marketing, e-commerce marketing, digital merchandising, and project management within a MarCom environment. The Content Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in advancing the digital presence and engagement across various touchpoints, including social media networks, email marketing campaigns, e-commerce platforms, directory listings, and customer reviews.

In this capacity, the coordinator will be responsible for managing and developing compelling copy and visual content that drives engagement and conversion. They will execute strategic social media calendars, coordinate email marketing campaigns, manage digital listings, and collaborate across departments and with external vendors. The role involves hands-on content creation as well as the administration of tools and platforms to sustain a consistent brand voice and maximize marketing effectiveness. Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing, familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, SaaS business models, and omnichannel marketing approaches are highly valued. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Sprout, Oktopost, Hootsuite), CRM and project management systems (preferably Wrike and NetSuite), and multiple email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact) are also essential.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, media, or advertising
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media
  • Experience working with digital-first partners and vendors
  • Excellent understanding of web technologies and concepts such as html, css, search engines, landing pages, A/B and multivariate testing
  • Current knowledge of digital marketing trends and ability to share insights
  • Strong understanding of B2B and B2C digital purchase processes
  • Proficient in social media tools and awareness of legal/regulatory impacts
  • Experience setting goals and measuring digital marketing activities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Ability to interact across all organization levels and external contacts
  • Self-starter with strong feedback and prioritization skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage Baudville Brands social media channels including Baudville, RecogNation, and Delightly
  • Propose and report on content efforts for continuous improvement
  • Create and execute monthly social media calendar to increase followers and engagement
  • Collaborate with peers to write and publish content across all social channels
  • Manage social media budget, including reporting and management of promoted posts and advertising
  • Coordinate with vendors and teammates on visual, multimedia, and interactive content
  • Manage blog calendar and assist with content creation, deployment, and performance measurement
  • Collaborate on administration and execution of Employee Advocacy Program
  • Collaborate on email campaigns and landing pages promoting products and services
  • Respond to requests for email creative and copy promptly
  • Manage segmented email lists and campaigns, maintaining opt-outs and non-deliverables
  • Create and modify email templates including dynamic plugins
  • Ensure emails are properly formatted and viewable on all devices and clients
  • Assist with email personalization strategies and lead generation
  • Provide reporting and recommend improvements for email campaign performance
  • Manage brand listings and content on directories and rating platforms
  • Ensure brand compliance and up-to-date information on all online profiles
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders about online interactions and opportunities
