The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $19.48 to $20.75 per hour. As a Marketing Coordinator at The Arc Ontario, you will play a crucial role in connecting the community with the organization's impactful mission. Your main responsibilities will involve working closely with the Development and Communications teams to help tell meaningful stories that highlight the work and values of The Arc Ontario. This involves creating and managing engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, designing promotional graphics and marketing collateral, and supporting various community-driven campaigns and events.The role is perfect for a creative and detail-oriented communicator who is passionate about storytelling and community engagement within a fast-paced environment. This position requires balancing multiple priorities, including design, content creation, and event support duties, so strong organizational skills and the ability to handle deadlines are key. You will also help gather content by collaborating with program staff and social enterprise teams, including capturing photos and videos when needed. Job Requirements
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience in basic graphic design
- Ability to use Canva or working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator preferred
- Active familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished, professional work
- Good written communication skills and ability to write in a consistent brand voice
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Coordinate day-to-day posting across The Arc Ontario's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and others as assigned
- Design flyers, promotional materials, website graphics and other print and digital collateral for agency programs, services and social enterprises
- Assist with the marketing and logistics of agency fundraising and community events as needed
- Support content gathering efforts by connecting with program staff and social enterprise teams including capturing photos and videos as needed
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a consistent brand voice in all communications
- Collaborate effectively with team members to align marketing strategies
