This opportunity is for the position of Marketing Concierge within Hilton Grand Vacations. The role centers around supporting the company’s vibrant and dedicated team by generating qualified leads and booking timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners and Club Members. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest services and concierge support, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to booking. This position requires interacting professionally with guests in person, over the phone, and in writing, upholding Hilton Grand Vacations' high standards of guest relations and etiquette. The Marketing Concierge will also handle pre-arrival communications, confirming appointments and managing tour reservations efficiently to maintain operational flow and improve attendance rates.

The Marketing Concierge will also ensure compliance with gifting procedures and eligibility, offering courtesy tours as necessary, and providing location-specific guest service information regarding resort amenities. Adherence to location operating standards and prompt escalation of any guest issues to management are vital responsibilities. This position offers a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, reflective of the dynamic hospitality environment. Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer service for at least a year
  • Minimum of 6 months of proven success in a sales or marketing role within the timeshare industry
  • Computer proficiency with ability to learn and efficiently operate multiple customer service software applications
  • Professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations and etiquette skills displayed in person, written and telephone communication
  • Proficiency in English (speak, read, write)

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service
  • At least six months proven sales or marketing success in the timeshare industry
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to operate multiple customer service software programs
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, guest relations and etiquette skills
  • Proficiency in English speaking, reading, and writing
  • Minimum two years experience in selling and booking tours and concierge services advantageous
  • Over one year experience in timeshare industry sales or marketing with demonstrated success

Job Duties

  • Generate qualified leads and book timeshare sales presentations
  • Conduct pre-arrival calls to owners, renters, and exchangers
  • Confirm appointments and manage tour reservations to prevent overbooking
  • Ensure eligibility for gifts and promote courtesy tours following gifting procedures
  • Provide location-related guest service and resort information
  • Distribute only authorized information and collateral
  • Maintain location operating standards and handle guest issues promptly
