It encompasses renowned entities such as Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, Axiom Hospitality in Europe, and PYRAMIDWORKS, which delivers integrated workplace and facilities services. With corporate offices situated in Boston, The Woodlands (Texas), and London, the company offers a unique blend of global reach combined with a localized, hands-on focus dedicated to exceptional service, operational excellence, and fostering long-term partnerships. At Pyramid Global Hospitality, the people are at the core of everything, creating an inclusive, respectful, and growth-oriented environment where associates are empowered to build their careers by collaborating directly with seasoned leaders, tackling meaningful projects, and engaging with a diverse array of properties, brands, and markets. Recognized widely for its workplace culture and excellence in service, Pyramid's properties have received accolades from Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report among others.
Located in West Palm Beach, Florida, The Belgrove is an exquisite addition to Pyramid Global Hospitality’s portfolio. This distinguished 4-Diamond resort features 150 elegantly designed rooms and villas, complemented by multiple fine dining restaurants, a luxurious spa, and a spectacular golf course. The Belgrove is not just a workplace but a place of dynamic experiences where service quality and guest satisfaction are paramount. Team members at The Belgrove thrive in a supportive and inspiring environment surrounded by the vibrant energy and beauty of West Palm Beach. This full-time role falls within the commercial category and offers a rewarding chance to be part of a close-knit team valuing professionalism, teamwork, and dedication. The resort offers comprehensive training to help employees excel and advance in their hospitality careers.
The Marketing role at The Belgrove involves supporting the execution of integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase occupancy, spa bookings, dining revenue, and resort programming. Responsibilities include assisting in the development and coordination of marketing materials across digital, print, and on-property channels ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality of all guest-facing content. The role encompasses content creation and digital support, such as managing social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram, maintaining up-to-date website information and promotions, and capturing visual content on-property to aid marketing storytelling. Maintaining brand standards in accordance with Pyramid Global Hospitality guidelines is crucial, alongside collateral management including the production of activity calendars, menus, flyers, and signage. Supporting marketing efforts for resort events, activations, and seasonal programming also falls within this role’s scope, requiring collaboration with various departments such as Food & Beverage, Spa, and Rooms to highlight unique offerings and boost participation. The marketing position also demands strong administrative and reporting skills, including maintaining marketing calendars and trackers, assisting with campaign performance metrics, managing digital asset libraries, and attending team meetings to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1-2 years in marketing or hospitality-related fields, strong organizational abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of design software like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, social media experience, and a willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays. Success is measured by the impact on occupancy, revenue, direct bookings, campaign ROI, brand consistency, audience engagement, and interdepartmental collaboration. While the actual compensation varies by experience, skillset, certifications, and location, working with The Belgrove under Pyramid Global Hospitality promises a stimulating and career-enriching experience dedicated to excellence and service.
