Job Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program
- ability to work a maximum of 30 hours per week
- reliable and punctual
- proficient in basic computer applications

Job Duties
- Assist with experiential marketing campaigns and brand activations
- support festivals and marketplaces
- help coordinate fundraising and not-for-profit events
- assist with corporate and social events
- support civic and community partnerships
- assist in filming location management for television, commercials, and movies
- assist with art installations and photoshoots
- track events and sales data
- collect and manage documents including license agreements, payment, and insurance
- coordinate event logistics such as site maps and timelines
- maintain client relationships
- execute pre-event marketing including social media posts and website updates
- capture photos and videos during events and manage live social media posting
- compile post-event marketing recaps and relevant data
- assist in tenant event planning including logistics, flyer creation, and communications
- coordinate conference center rentals
- support tenant services including special requests and work orders
- perform other duties as assigned
