The position being offered is for a Food Runner within the restaurant team, supporting both the Outlet Manager and restaurant servers. The key responsibility of this role is to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and provide guests with attentive, prompt, and friendly service. This role involves a variety of tasks including clearing tables quickly, resetting service ware, delivering beverages, bread, and butter, ensuring station cleanliness and proper stocking throughout all meal periods. Additionally, the Food Runner is responsible for transporting dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for sanitation and maintaining compliance with attendance procedures. This is an essential support role designed to enhance the dining experience by facilitating the seamless flow of service and helping uphold Chateau Elan’s reputation for outstanding guest care. The role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the physical capability to handle the demands of transporting equipment and tableware throughout the restaurant.
