The role of Managing Partner, also known as General Manager, is a pivotal leadership position at Texas Roadhouse, encompassing full responsibility for the overall operations of the restaurant. This entrepreneurial role requires an individual who can skillfully manage all facets of the business, from staffing and compliance to financial oversight and maintaining superior customer satisfaction. The Managing Partner directs the management team, setting schedules, assigning responsibilities, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring that employment policies are enforced with fairness and consistency. They are also responsible for recruitment and hiring decisions, overseeing both management and hourly employees.
