Situated at Segra Stadium, the Woodpeckers serve as Fayetteville's premier entertainment destination, hosting a diverse range of events beyond their 66 home games each baseball season. With over 200 events annually, Segra Stadium is a versatile venue accommodating everything from community celebrations, military balls, weddings, banquets, corporate meetings, proms, festivals, races to seasonal attractions like 30 nights of Holiday Lights. This makes the team and its stadium an integral part of Fayetteville's social and cultural landscape, bringing people together for shared experiences and memorable moments throughout the year. The management behind the Fayetteville Woodpeckers is committed to delivering an exceptional and unique venue experience that merges sports entertainment with community-driven events, positioning Segra Stadium as a sought-after site for a variety of functions and gatherings.

DBH's mission is to create unparalleled fan experiences by combining baseball with special events, cultural festivals, concerts, family entertainment, and other interactive activities. Their partnership with Major League Baseball allows DBH to leverage commercial and licensing opportunities on both a national and local scale, enhancing the impact and reach of their teams and venues. They pride themselves on fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and community engagement, providing career opportunities in sports, hospitality, event management, and entertainment industries. Employees at DBH are valued for their creativity and dedication to producing memorable experiences that resonate with their diverse audiences.

The position requires a dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments including operations, marketing, food and beverage, and groundskeeping. Strong leadership and organizational capabilities are paramount to successfully manage event logistics, vendor relations, staffing, contract negotiations, and client communications.
