Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture recreation leisure services business administration agronomy forestry or related field
- Five years of experience in administration grounds maintenance landscaping athletic field maintenance irrigation horticulture or forestry
- Three plus years of managing supervising staff
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to manage budgets
- Ability to supervise staff
- Ability to organize event logistics
- Knowledge of local state and federal laws and regulations relevant to the unit
- Ability to develop and evaluate administrative policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture recreation leisure services business administration agronomy forestry or related field
