Job Requirements

  • prior high-volume management experience

  • exceptional communication skills—written and verbal (1:1 and in a group setting)
  • desire and natural ability to engage guests
  • willingness to work varied hours including filling in for colleagues or emergencies
  • ability to stand for prolonged periods, bend, stoop, twist, and lift products and supplies weighing up to 45 pounds
  • capacity to work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment
  • proficient in operating phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of practical restaurant experience preferred
  • BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
  • exceptional communication skills—written and verbal (1:1 and in a group setting)
  • ability to engage guests naturally and with enthusiasm
  • experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
  • leadership skills to inspire and grow a team
  • proficiency in following and implementing operational policies and procedures

  • Give 110 percent to our guests
  • run a successful high-volume restaurant

  • follow all policies and procedures created to help you maximize your venue’s potential
  • find qualified talent for open positions and foster the growth of your restaurant employees
  • develop business solutions that make operations better not just easier
  • initiate community outreach to boost awareness, sales, and your restaurant’s reputation
