Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of practical restaurant experience preferred
- BA/BS degree in hotel/restaurant management is desirable
- exceptional communication skills—written and verbal (1:1 and in a group setting)
- ability to engage guests naturally and with enthusiasm
- experience managing high-volume restaurant operations
- leadership skills to inspire and grow a team
- proficiency in following and implementing operational policies and procedures
