This position is a pivotal role within the hotel’s IT department, focused on maintaining and managing the hotel’s information technology systems and infrastructure. The role involves overseeing all aspects of day-to-day IT operations at assigned locations to guarantee smooth workflows and secure IT environment. Responsibilities include managing and supporting all user endpoints such as computers and servers, printers, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices, network equipment, and telephony infrastructure. The role demands close collaboration with local IT, regional IT leaders, and corporate IT teams to plan IT projects, conduct preventive maintenance, and implement system upgrades. It is essential that the IT systems remain reliable, secure, and fully operational since they directly impact the hotel’s revenue streams and guest satisfaction.
The successful candidate will provide hands-on technical support, including troubleshooting, patch management, antivirus updating, hardware and software inventory management, and data backup and restoration. They are also responsible for supporting critical business technologies such as Point of Sale (POS) systems, high-speed internet, video on demand (FTG/VOD) services, telephony, and property management system (PMS) interfaces to ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintaining the physical cleanliness and organization of IT equipment and infrastructure is also an important aspect of this position.

Job Requirements
- Two year college degree
- Two years related work experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Availability for 24/7 on-call support during critical system failures
- Proactive approach towards work activities
- Knowledge of desktop hardware and software installation and configuration
- Knowledge of networking systems including hubs, switches, DHCP, and DNS
- Knowledge of PMS and related interfaces
- Knowledge of retail and F and B POS systems

Job Duties
- Assign and manage tasks to ensure efficient operation and security of all hardware and software endpoints
- Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and apply corrective actions for O/S and application patching and antivirus protection
- Provide support for data and telephony device connectivity within local and wide area networks
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware, software, and licenses
- Perform system backups and restore data on local servers to protect critical information
- Support hotel business technologies including POS, high-speed internet, FTG/VOD, telephony, and PMS interfaces
- Maintain cleanliness and excellent condition of IT equipment and work areas
