As a key leadership role within the restaurant, the position involves overseeing daily brand execution to ensure consistency and quality across front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate competence in various operational roles, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, driving same-store sales growth, optimizing order line speed, and maintaining superior customer service standards. This leadership position is the primary point of contact for customer service issues, responsible for managing and enhancing overall customer satisfaction as reflected in reviews.

Food quality and consistency are critical aspects of this role, with responsibility for ensuring that all food preparation meets Mo' Bettahs' high standards and follows proper procedures. The position requires collaboration with the General Manager, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer through weekly meetings to review schedules, reports, staffing, inventory, and online ordering systems. A solid understanding of the company culture is essential, as is adherence to strict health, safety, sanitation, and security standards. The role also involves enforcing company policies as outlined in the employee handbook and maintaining a professional appearance. Job Duties

  • Lead the execution of the brand daily
  • competent in all FOH and BOH positions
  • responsible for the cleanliness of the restaurant, FOH and BOH
  • responsible for same store sales growth
  • responsible for line speed to be measured using transaction times
  • serve as primary point of contact for all customer service matters and responsible for overall customer reviews
  • handle the execution of quality food following proper procedures and Mo’ Bettahs standards
  • attend weekly meeting with General Manager, Off-Premise Coordinator, and Certified Trainer
  • review weekly employee schedules
  • assist General Manager to complete weekly reports, self-reporting, people PAR staffing guide, Compeat, online ordering, inventory, etc.
  • have a thorough knowledge of the Mo’ Bettahs culture
  • follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, security, and maintain a neat and clean appearance
  • adhere to and ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook
  • perform other duties as assigned
