Job Description
BCD Travel is a leading global travel management company dedicated to helping corporations manage their business travel programs efficiently and sustainably. With over 15,000 team members across more than 170 countries, BCD Travel offers comprehensive, innovative solutions that drive program adoption, increase cost savings, and improve talent retention through digital experiences designed to simplify business travel. As a company, BCD Travel prides itself on fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture that values open communication and a flexible work-life balance. The organization is committed to sustainability and community engagement, participating in charitable activities around the world to make a positive impact beyond the travel industry.
The Manager, Hotel Revenue Growth & Enablement role at BCD Travel is a strategic and operational position within the Supplier Management & Delivery team. This role is primarily focused on translating hotel revenue strategies into scalable execution across multiple teams, regions, and client segments by equipping internal stakeholders with the necessary insights, tools, training, and playbooks. Unlike traditional client-facing or commercial delivery roles, this position aims to enable the broader organization to effectively identify and act upon hotel revenue growth opportunities, ultimately strengthening hotel attachment and commissionable bookings. Key elements of the role include building an enablement plan that aligns with hotel revenue goals and regional priorities, using data and business insights to recommend tool and workflow adjustments, and driving adoption of practical, data-driven tactics across teams.
In this remote role available for candidates based in the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom, the Manager will serve as a crucial link between strategy, analytics, product tooling, and operational realities. The incumbent will provide informal leadership and structured guidance by developing clear, repeatable actions and fostering continuous improvement in how hotel revenue-related opportunities are identified and acted upon. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills across functions and regions, and experience operating in fast-paced, evolving environments. The Manager will collaborate with global and multi-regional teams and will use business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau to help convert data into actionable insights.
The expected annual gross salary varies by location, with the United States range from $86,000 to $100,000, Spain between 43,000 and 55,000 Euros, Germany between 55,000 and 60,000 Euros, and the Netherlands between 57,000 and 68,000 Euros. Compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location, ensuring equity and compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. BCD Travel promotes equal pay and does not request salary history from candidates.
This position offers flexible working hours and remote work opportunities, making it suitable for professionals seeking a balanced and adaptable working environment. BCD Travel emphasizes career growth and personal development through unique global experiences. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports mental, physical, and financial wellbeing, along with travel industry professional perks and discounts. Diversity and inclusion are core to the company culture, encouraging applicants from all backgrounds to apply, and providing accommodations to enable every employee to perform their best.
