We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Events & Meetings Manager to join our team. This pivotal role is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of corporate events both internal and external in scope. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal stakeholders including Brand Experience, Catering, Communications, and Security teams to ensure that all events align with company objectives and brand standards. Responsibilities include managing logistics for meetings, conferences, executive events, leadership summits, client engagements, and large-scale corporate functions. Additionally, the manager will oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, develop event budgets and timelines, and manage on-site event operations to provide a seamless, high-quality attendee experience.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience managing corporate events and meetings
- Proven experience handling complex logistics and high-visibility executive events
- Strong project management skills

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5-8+ years of experience managing corporate events and meetings preferably within a large or global organization or conference center operations
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or other relevant certification is a bonus
- Proven experience handling complex logistics and high-visibility executive events
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with event management tools and platforms such as Cvent, SocialTable or similar
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to develop good relationships with internal and external partners
- Ability to assess complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
- Understanding of concepts and procedures specific to global events
- Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for events (up to 25% of the time)
Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of corporate events including internal meetings, leadership summits, client events, and conferences
- Oversee all event logistics including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, transportation, accommodations, catering, and on-site production
- Partner with internal stakeholders such as Brand Experience, Catering, Communications, and Security to ensure event alignment with business objectives
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and project plans for seamless execution
- Lead on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time to ensure a high-quality attendee experience
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure service excellence and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management standards, and health and safety regulations
- Oversee registration processes, attendee communications, and event technology platforms
- Track and report on event performance metrics, ROI, and post-event feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance event standards, playbooks, and best practices across the organization
