The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) Lead position at DRS Daylight Solutions offers an exciting opportunity to influence and manage site EH&S programs across two primary facilities located in San Diego, California, and Madison, Wisconsin. The EH&S Lead will travel approximately 30 percent of the time between the two sites, ensuring both locations adhere to best practices and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience managing regulated safety programs—covering areas such as respiratory protection, chemical and radiation safety, hazardous waste management, and ergonomics—and be comfortable leading audits, inspections, training, and corrective actions.

Another critical aspect of this role involves serving as the primary liaison with government and regulatory agencies to ensure all operations meet stringent environmental and safety standards. The EH&S Lead will lead risk assessments, hazard analyses, and training programs while championing green initiatives and emergency preparedness.
