A clear and comprehensive knowledge of all the various liquors, beers, and wines offered at the club is essential, alongside the ability to assist with inventory processes and work closely with the Food and Beverage Director and Service Director.

Additionally, the Manager Bar contributes to team development by assisting in the training of food and beverage staff, particularly focusing on alcohol awareness and excellent service standards.
