Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and financial reports
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate with store manager to achieve sales and cost objectives
  • Organize and implement training and leadership programs for team members
  • Manage staffing schedules ensuring proper labor cost control
  • Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food quality, and sanitation standards
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members in alignment with company culture
  • Monitor financial performance, conduct audits and develop improvement plans
  • Maintain safe restaurant environment and handle risk management issues
