Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities
- Willingness to accept feedback and improve
- Ability to create and implement action plans
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about hospitality and guest service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to analyze profit and loss statements and financial reports
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment processes
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills highly preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate with store manager to achieve sales and cost objectives
- Organize and implement training and leadership programs for team members
- Manage staffing schedules ensuring proper labor cost control
- Ensure compliance with cleanliness, food quality, and sanitation standards
- Recruit, train, and develop team members in alignment with company culture
- Monitor financial performance, conduct audits and develop improvement plans
- Maintain safe restaurant environment and handle risk management issues
