Established with a deep belief in people, the company prioritizes using its resources to create meaningful opportunities for its employees and positively impact lives wherever possible. With a strong emphasis on community values and ethical leadership, Boddie-Noell has cultivated a nurturing workplace environment that is both fun and enriching. The company's commitment to its team members is reflected in its workplace culture that fosters growth, respect, and personal development. Known for its superior employee retention, Boddie-Noell stands out in the fast-food industry not only for its quality service but for its compassionate treatment of staff and continual investment in their success.
The role of Restaurant Manager at Hardee's, operated by Boddie-Noell Enterprises, offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals passionate about leadership and service excellence. This position is crucial for maintaining daily restaurant operations and upholding the highest standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to lead by example, working closely alongside your team rather than managing from a distance. This hands-on approach allows for real-time problem solving, direct coaching, and immediate recognition of employee achievements.
The job includes numerous responsibilities such as hiring and training qualified staff, managing labor costs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, handling inventory control, and maintaining operational records aligned with company standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining the restaurant’s building and equipment through proper cleaning and preventive maintenance. Additionally, you will oversee all cash handling procedures, ensure that personal appearance and professionalism meet company standards, and adhere to all HR, safety, and security policies.
The ideal candidate is someone with a positive and cheerful attitude who loves serving and helping others. Strong communication skills and effective conflict-resolution capabilities are essential, as is the ability to motivate and develop a team. Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of 2 years of management experience and be available to work all shifts including weekends. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen are also necessary.
This is a full-time role offering competitive pay with weekly payments, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and paid time off such as vacation, sick, holiday, and bereavement pay. Boddie-Noell also provides paid training, a 401K plan, discounted meals during shifts, an attractive bonus program, and opportunities for career advancement. Beyond financial rewards, employees benefit from a workplace caring culture, an employee assistance fund called Helping Hands, and access to corporate chaplain services for support in personal and professional matters.
Veterans and those with prior military experience are especially encouraged to apply for this inclusive and empowering position. Joining Boddie-Noell Enterprises means becoming part of a family-oriented team that truly values each member and is committed to creating a supportive and dynamic workplace where everyone can thrive.
