The Manager role at TSFR is pivotal in assisting the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Education in hotel, restaurant, management, business or related field
  • Prior management experience in restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and multitask effectively
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Physically able to stand and walk for prolonged periods
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations
  • Aptitude for reading and interpreting documents
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • Directs overall activities and performance of team members on a shift by shift basis
  • Ensures immediate response and correction of guest complaints and refers serious complaints to the General Manager
  • Maintains adequate inventory levels and enforces company standards for product preparation and presentation
  • Schedules team members effectively to meet sales demands
  • Maintains safety and security programs and corrects unsafe practices
  • Promotes cleanliness, sanitation, and organized restaurant environment
  • Performs routine maintenance and reports needed repairs
  • Communicates daily with other managers through logs and meetings
  • Promotes quality recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Assesses team member performance, provides feedback, and monitors discipline
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and cash handling procedures
  • Controls costs and assets of the company
  • Prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
  • Supports the development of assistant managers and key hourly team members
  • Fosters culture aligned with company vision, mission, and values
  • Demonstrates organizational skills and completes duties on schedule
  • Develops personal and professional growth plans
