Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in the restaurant or food service industry
- Proficiency with POS systems including Dinerware POS and Clover POS
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
