The role of a Restaurant Manager at this Dunkin' Donuts franchise is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and profitable management of the restaurant. The Manager must coordinate with the team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic action plans.

This position requires a candidate who is at least 21 years old, with prior supervisory experience preferably in restaurant or retail environments. The role necessitates strong communication skills, proficiency in financial management, and the capability to guide and develop teams. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Competencies such as guest focus, passion for results, problem-solving and decision-making, team building, conflict management, and the development of direct reports are essential to excelling in this role.
