Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
  • strong leadership and team-building skills
  • excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • physical ability to meet job demands including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day
  • ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop
  • ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant
  • ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75 lbs
  • ability to work varied hours and days
  • knowledge of health and safety codes
  • basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail

Job Duties

  • Meet guests needs and special requests enthusiastically
  • review all schedules and forecasts
  • coordinate opening and closing activities in a timely and safe manner
  • ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed
  • execute marketing programs including correct placement and maintenance of point of purchase displays, suggestive selling, and consumer education
  • ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
  • utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail
