Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in restaurant management or supervisory role preferred
strong leadership and team-building skills
excellent customer service and communication abilities
physical ability to meet job demands including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

Ability to stand and walk for 10 hours a day
ability to continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop
ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant
ability to move or handle items weighing 0-75 lbs
ability to work varied hours and days
knowledge of health and safety codes
basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail

Job Duties

Meet guests needs and special requests enthusiastically
review all schedules and forecasts
coordinate opening and closing activities in a timely and safe manner
ensure that all cash handling procedures are followed
execute marketing programs including correct placement and maintenance of point of purchase displays, suggestive selling, and consumer education
ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies
utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Gmail
