Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Pass company background process
  • Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for long periods
  • Obtain valid health certification within 90 days of employment
  • No visible tattoos on head, neck or face above uniform
  • No offensive tattoos
  • Willingness to perform all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work irregular and extra shifts
  • May perform essential functions as listed in the restaurant manager job description

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of management experience in the quick service restaurant industry
  • Completion of all required certification programs
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Formal understanding of the quick service industry and core customer
  • Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
  • Ability to use a computer and calculator
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to resolve guest issues with tact

Job Duties

  • Direct efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines
  • Motivate and direct team members and Team Leaders to exceed Guest expectations with fast and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Supervise and train team members and team leaders on team stations, processes and policies
  • Follow cash control/security procedures and help to implement marketing plans, maintain inventory, manage labor, and apply financial reports across shifts to enhance restaurant results
  • Assist General Manager in enforcing compliance with government regulations, employment law, food safety, security policies, operations, and BC policies and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts
  • Recruit, hire, train and work to retain effective team talent as part of restaurant management team, making decisions or recommendations on hiring and advancement
  • Make decisions or recommendations on the discipline and terminations of team members
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ensure prompt and regular attendance for assigned shifts, meetings and training
