Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work approximately 47.5 hours per week including rotating shifts
  • Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Capacity to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and initiative
  • Genuine passion for teamwork
  • Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Engagement with guests and staff
  • Creative ability to work with the community and increase sales
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorization to work in the USA

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Experience in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to organize and motivate a team
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
  • Passion for teamwork and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership and supervision to restaurant staff
  • Drive guest service excellence and maintain high customer-service standards
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve revenue and profitability goals
