Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work approximately 47.5 hours per week including rotating shifts
- Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Genuine passion for teamwork
- Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Engagement with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community and increase sales
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Authorization to work in the USA
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Experience in fast food or quick casual high-volume restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to organize and motivate a team
- Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation
