Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Able to work approximately a 47.5 hour work week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivation
- Independence, initiative and desire to achieve
- Genuine passion for teamwork
- Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- Creative ability to work with the community to build sales
- At least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the USA
Job Qualifications

- Experience in fast food or quick casual, high-volume restaurants preferred
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective organizational skills

- Authorized to work in the USA
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals ensuring efficient restaurant operation and maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Invest in and develop team members to help them execute flawless service
- Drive guest service training and development
- Model Wendy's core values daily to sustain a fun and inviting work environment
- Engage with community to build sales
