The role of a Manager at Wendy's is pivotal in steering the daily operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Able to work approximately a 47.5 hour work week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Independence, initiative and desire to achieve
  • Genuine passion for teamwork
  • Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
  • Creative ability to work with the community to build sales
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the USA

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
