Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Able to work approximately a 47.5 hour work week with rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation
  • Independence, initiative and desire to achieve
  • Genuine passion for teamwork
  • Ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
  • Creative ability to work with the community to build sales
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the USA

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager
  • Experience in fast food or quick casual, high-volume restaurants preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to build relationships with guests and staff
  • Creative ability to work with the community and build sales
  • Genuine passion for teamwork
  • Authorized to work in the USA
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead all aspects of daily restaurant business such as delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff to provide excellent guest service
  • Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals ensuring efficient restaurant operation and maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Invest in and develop team members to help them execute flawless service
  • Drive guest service training and development
  • Model Wendy's core values daily to sustain a fun and inviting work environment
  • Engage with community to build sales
