Job Requirements
- minimum one year experience as a restaurant manager
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to work approximately 47.50 hours per week
- availability for rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- self-motivation
- independence and initiative
- passion for teamwork
- ability to provide a friendly guest atmosphere
- ability to engage and build relationships with guests and staff
- ability to work with the community to build sales
- age 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the usa
