Job Requirements
- minimum of 1 year experience as a restaurant manager fast food or quick casual high-volume preferred
- reliable transportation and punctuality
- ability to work approximately 47.50 hour work week including rotating shifts days night weekends and holidays
- ability to commute up to 25-30 miles each way
- strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- self-motivation
- independence initiative and desire to achieve
- genuine passion for teamwork
- ability to provide friendly atmosphere for guests
- ability to engage connect and build relationships with guests and staff
- creative ability to work with community and build sales
- age of 18 years or older
- authorized to work in the USA

- invest in and develop team members to help execute flawless service
- collaborate with general manager to drive strategic initiatives and operating standards
- promote a fun and inviting work environment modeling core values
- oversee training and development programs for staff
