Job Requirements
- Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and ramps while balancing trays
- maintain body equilibrium on narrow, elevated, or slippery walkways
- capable of raising or moving objects horizontally
- exert up to 40 pounds of force to lift, carry, or pull objects
- able to stand for extended durations
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant management
- valid food handler's and alcohol service certifications where applicable
Job Qualifications
- Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred
- proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred
- Servsafe or similar Manager's Food Handler's Certificate
- alcohol certification based on location
