Job Requirements

  • Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and ramps while balancing trays
  • maintain body equilibrium on narrow, elevated, or slippery walkways
  • capable of raising or moving objects horizontally
  • exert up to 40 pounds of force to lift, carry, or pull objects
  • able to stand for extended durations
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant management
  • valid food handler's and alcohol service certifications where applicable

Job Qualifications

  • Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred
  • Servsafe or similar Manager's Food Handler's Certificate
  • alcohol certification based on location
