Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a leading global provider of mobility solutions, well-known for owning and operating prominent brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With an extensive integrated network of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility offers a variety of transportation services including car rentals, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other convenient mobility solutions. The company operates more than 9,500 fully-staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories, managing a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility, along with its affiliate Enterprise Fleet Management, generated nearly $39 billion in revenue, demonstrating its position as an industry leader and innovator in transportation services.
This particular role is part of Enterprise Mobility's respected Management Training Program, an opportunity that kickstarts a rewarding career path in the mobility and transport sector. The position is based at the 3630 W Division St, St Cloud, MN 56301 location. The employment type is full-time, offering targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,329.24, with an average workweek of 46 hours. This role promises robust career growth through comprehensive training, development, mentoring, and a strong culture of promotion from within the company.
As a Manager in Training (MT), you will experience an immersive, hands-on learning environment where you will be taught all facets of the business from day one. Whether your interests align with sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations, the program is designed to develop your skills for future leadership positions. The MT role is crucial because you will simultaneously act as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, while also managing operational responsibilities behind the scenes. The structured training will equip you with in-depth knowledge and skills necessary to eventually manage your own branch, build lasting business relationships, lead a team effectively, and drive business growth.
Enterprise Mobility prides itself on fostering a culture of friendly competition that motivates employees to excel and grow. Throughout the training, you will receive ongoing guidance, mentoring, and support to ensure your success. You will learn to master customer service excellence, sales and marketing strategies, financial management, and operational efficiencies. Establishing relationships within the community is also a key element of the program, enabling you to cultivate new business opportunities. The role is critical to both personal and professional development as you progress through diverse challenges and opportunities within the company.
Enterprise Mobility is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees, including individuals with disabilities and veterans. The Management Training Program offers not only a competitive salary but also a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
