Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions and operates well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Through a comprehensive and integrated global network, Enterprise Mobility manages a diverse fleet of approximately 2.4 million vehicles and operates more than 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company has established itself as a dominant player in the transportation and rental market, generating nearly $38 billion in revenue. Beyond car rentals, Enterprise Mobility also offers truck rental services, carsharing, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management, truly making travel easier and more convenient for its customers.

The company is recognized for its commitment to fostering employee growth and career development, with a culture that promotes from within and emphasizes mentorship, training, and professional advancement. Their leadership development is steered by structured programs and hands-on experiences designed to equip employees for progressive opportunities.

Currently, Enterprise Mobility is hiring for their Management Training Program, an excellent launching pad for those who envision a future in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operations. This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic career path with a clear progression and abundant opportunities for growth. The compensation for this role includes an annual salary of $55,011 based on a 46-hour workweek, an hourly rate of $21.59 plus overtime, reflecting the value Enterprise places on its management trainees. The benefits package is robust and competitive, including paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match and profit sharing.

As a Management Trainee (MT), you will embark on an immersive learning journey beginning immediately, working from one of the company's neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the operational expert behind the scenes. Throughout the program, you will gain comprehensive knowledge and skills in sales, marketing, finance, customer service, and operations necessary to run your own branch, develop new business, and lead a team effectively.

Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Program offers a hands-on learning environment supported by continuous guidance, mentoring, and support. You will build essential relationships in your local community and expand your network while honing your sales tactics and customer service excellence. The culture is driven by friendly competition and high performance, which are important for personal success and business growth. If you are goal-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about advancing in a rewarding career path, Enterprise Mobility offers a welcoming environment that nurtures those ambitions. This program represents not just a job, but a vibrant career opportunity with the potential for limitless growth within one of the most reputable transportation companies globally.
