This job opening is for the position of Management Trainee, located in Lafayette, Indiana. The role is part of Enterprise Mobility’s respected Management Training Program designed to fast-track individuals into management positions within the company. This full-time employment opportunity offers a competitive targeted first-year annual compensation of $50,000 with an average 47-hour workweek. As a Management Trainee, you will start your career at a neighborhood branch and receive extensive training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in various aspects of the business. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise Mobility to customers and a behind-the-scenes operational expert. The program focuses on developing key skills in sales, business development, customer service, retail management, and operations, preparing you to eventually manage your own branch, lead a team, and build business relationships within the community. You will learn how to excel at customer service, marketing, finance, and operational strategy, all while embodying the company’s customer-first philosophy. Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or current college student with no more than one semester to graduation
- Minimum of six months experience in at least two of the following areas: sales commission or sales with set goals, customer service in retail or hospitality, management experience
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in the past two years
- No drug or alcohol-related conviction in the past five years
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or current college student with no more than one semester to graduation
- Minimum of six months experience in two or more of the following areas: sales with commission or set goals, customer service in retail or hospitality, management experience leading a team, participation as an athlete on professional, semi-professional or varsity team, leadership role in campus or community involvement
- Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in the past two years
- No drug or alcohol-related convictions in the past five years
- Authorization to work in the United States without need for sponsorship now or in the future
