Job Description
Enterprise Mobility is a prominent leader in the mobility solutions industry, operating well-known car rental brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car through an extensive global network of independent regional subsidiaries. With a rich heritage of providing exceptional transportation services, the company offers a wide array of options including car rentals, car sharing, truck rentals, fleet management, retail car sales, and travel management services. These offerings are designed to simplify and enhance the travel experiences of customers around the world. Enterprise Mobility is a privately held company managed by the Taylor family of St. Louis, with a sizable fleet of 2.4 million vehicles under management and revenues reaching nearly $38 billion. It operates more than 9,500 staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations across over 90 countries and territories, making it one of the largest and most respected names in the transportation and mobility sector.
The company is currently hiring for its highly regarded Management Training Program, an excellent opportunity for those starting their career or seeking growth in management. The position is full-time with a salary of $55,011 annually, based on a 46-hour workweek, including an hourly wage of $21.59 plus overtime. Candidates can expect a comprehensive benefits package featuring paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, and profit sharing.
The Management Training Program is a structured and hands-on learning experience aimed at developing future leaders within Enterprise Mobility. Trainees begin their journey in one of the neighborhood branches, learning the business from the ground up. This includes serving as the face of the company to customers and partners and gaining operational expertise to eventually manage a branch. The program emphasizes personal and professional development through training, mentoring, and networking opportunities. Trainees will master skills across various areas such as customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always with a focus on outstanding customer care. This role demands a high level of initiative and adaptability, with trainees expected to build strong community relationships, foster new business, and cultivate successful teams.
Enterprise Mobility prides itself on its culture of promotion from within, friendly competition, and a customer-first approach. The Management Training Program reflects these values, equipping participants with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed and advance in their careers. This opportunity is suitable for individuals who have demonstrated leadership capabilities, excel in sales or customer service roles, or possess relevant experience in competitive environments such as athletics or military service. Enterprise Mobility is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing an inclusive workplace for all employees, including those with disabilities and veterans.
