Founded and privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, the company operates through its well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Enterprise Mobility manages a vast and diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles, with operations spanning more than 9,500 neighborhood and airport rental locations across more than 90 countries and territories worldwide. The company has built a reputation for remarkable customer service, an innovative approach to transportation solutions, and a strong corporate culture emphasizing growth, mentorship, and career advancement.

This position is for the Management Training Program located in Bryan (77801) and College Station (77845). Enterprise Mobility is immediately hiring candidates who are enthusiastic and ready to launch a successful career in management within the transportation and vehicle rental industry. The Management Training Program provides a clear career path beginning with extensive training and development designed to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge needed to manage a branch office. Trainees gain hands-on experience in diverse aspects of the business, from sales and customer service to operations and business development.

As a Manager in Training (MT), you will be immersed in a rigorous and supportive learning environment that combines mentorship, daily practical experience, and professional development. This dynamic role is ideal for individuals aspiring to leadership positions in retail management, sales, business development, or operational management. You will be entrusted to act as the face of Enterprise to customers and business partners, while also managing the operational aspects behind the scenes. The program focuses on cultivating critical abilities including customer service excellence, financial acumen, sales and marketing, leadership, and team development.

Enterprise Mobility emphasizes career progression through promotion from within, fostering a culture that encourages competitive success and community involvement. MTs are expected to build strong relationships within their local communities to support branch growth and business development. The position offers a competitive targeted first-year salary of $54,000 based on an average 46-hour workweek, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding performance and dedication.

In addition to a competitive salary, the company provides a robust benefits package that includes paid time off starting at 12 paid days annually plus 6 paid holidays, comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company match and profit sharing.
