The company prides itself on fostering an inclusive workplace, offering equal employment opportunities across all demographics, and empowering employees to grow and advance within the organization.

The Management Trainee program at Cintas is an exciting opportunity targeted at motivated and dynamic individuals eager to build a successful professional career in business leadership. This well-structured program offers hands-on experience through comprehensive rotations across multiple departments including Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, and Service Management. The trainee will engage directly with experienced leaders and managers to develop critical skills necessary for future career advancement. During the program, participants gain exposure to various facets of the company’s operations, building a broad understanding of business mechanisms and customer relations. They are expected to provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing questions and efficiently resolving issues, ensuring client satisfaction. The program also emphasizes the importance of data-driven decision-making, requiring trainees to analyze sales and operational data to support informed strategies. Trainees will have opportunities to collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing sales management tactics and operational efficiencies. Professional development is further enhanced by access to exclusive Executive Leadership Seminars and Divisional Summits, providing insights into corporate leadership and strategic vision.

This full-time, first-shift position offers a competitive base salary estimated at $69,000 per year, factoring in experience, skill sets, and organizational needs. Beyond financial compensation, Cintas offers robust benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans with premium rates below the national average, some even offered at zero cost. Employees also enjoy competitive pay, 401(k) plans with company match, profit sharing, employee stock ownership plans, 100% company-paid disability and life insurance, generous paid time off and holidays, and ongoing training with clear pathways for career advancement.
