Job Description

Enterprise Mobility is a prominent leader in the mobility solutions industry, operating well-known brands such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. With a vast integrated global network of independent regional subsidiaries, Enterprise Mobility has established itself as a trustworthy partner in car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services. This diverse portfolio of services allows the company to provide seamless travel and transportation experiences for customers across more than 90 countries and territories. Privately held by the Taylor family of St. Louis, Enterprise Mobility manages an impressive fleet of 2.4 million vehicles and generates nearly $39 billion in revenue annually through a network consisting of over 9,500 fully staffed neighborhood and airport rental locations.

Enterprise Mobility stands out for its commitment to career development, continuing education, and promotion from within, providing a culture that fosters growth and leadership opportunities. The Management Training Program is streamlined for individuals eager to pivot into sales, business development, customer service, retail management, or operational roles within the organization. This program offers new hires a career path with a well-defined start and a wide array of growth opportunities. Employees gain practical training, ongoing development, mentoring, and support in a highly dynamic workplace that values the customer experience above all else.

As an immediate opening in the Management Training Program based in Apex, NC, or nearby locations, participants can expect an engaging, hands-on experience. Trainees operate as both the approachable face of the company to customers and as operational specialists managing the business's inner workings. This program empowers future managers to cultivate new business avenues, manage their teams efficiently, and ultimately lead their own branches with confidence and expertise.

The role’s responsibilities extend beyond daily operational management to include developing a comprehensive understanding of sales, marketing strategies, finance, and exceptional customer service. A culture of friendly competition underpins the company’s success, encouraging employees to excel both individually and collectively. Enterprise Mobility values loyalty and dedication, offering a competitive first-year annual compensation of $50,000 based on an average 47-hour workweek. The benefits package includes paid time off starting at 12 days per year, extensive health, dental, and vision insurance options, life insurance, prescription coverage, employee discounts on car rentals and purchases, and a 401(k) retirement plan featuring company matching and profit sharing.

Joining Enterprise Mobility means becoming part of a forward-thinking and inclusive company committed to equal employment opportunity for individuals with disabilities and veterans. The company’s Management Training Program is not only a job but a gateway to a rewarding career filled with learning, advancement, and meaningful business partnerships. Trainees are fully supported through guided mentorship and structured learning environments to help them succeed in multiple facets of the business while engaging with and serving the local community. This is a unique opportunity for motivated individuals who want to start and grow their management careers in a reputable and expansive mobility services enterprise.
